I like the bridge of my nose even if it is a little wide. I jjst want to change the shape of my nose tip to make it more refined. Would that be possible for me? If so which surgeons in orange county or LA are best for this procedure? Also, how much would this procedure cost?

Only on the basis of in person consultation an experienced board certified plastic surgeon, expert in rhinoplasty, would be able to decide whether full rhinoplasty (to narrow the entire nose including tip, like in the model) or just tip plasti, would better fit your needs.
