I feel like my nose tip is uneven. What treatments would be best for me? (Photo)

The bridge of my now is fine but I feel like the tip is uneven. In some photos its obvious and others not so much. I have nice cheekbones but my cheeks are a bit too big. I was considering buccal fat removal or some type of botox. Also I think I have a receding chin. Wanted a professionals opinion.

I would say all the procedures that you've noted could be applied. I would consider an Open Tip Rhinoplasty in order to refine the tip and give more definition, a small Chin Implant would give your more projection too and Buccal Fat Removal would also be great way to emphasise your high cheek bones.

These photos are too difficult to assess the nose with but I don't see any major issues with it other than possibly refining the tip some; it would be up to you whether you think it is worth undergoing a rhinoplasty in order to achieve that. I would leave your cheeks alone; you look young (from what I can tell), and it is very likely that as you age you will naturally lose some of the fullness here so preserving this appearance on you (which does not look excessive) will help maintain a more youthful appearance (as opposed to looking skeletal and then chasing with filler in the future). You also don't seem to have much buccal fullness from what I can see of your photos. I do think a chin augmentation could be a nice option for you.

First of all, you have great facial structure overall. When I look at the features you mention, it is my opinion that chin augmentation would offer a very nice balance to your profile and also give the perception of less nasal projection. As far as the tip of the nose having asymmetry, it’s difficult for me to assess that based on these photos. Buccal fat can be a great defining procedure for the face, but if done needs to be conservative especially for a young patient like you so as not to take away facial volume that will serve you well down the road. I hope this helps answer your question and take the time do your research and find a specialist for these procedures.
