Thank you for sharing your question. Blepharospasm (eyelid twitching) and facial spasms are very commonly treated by Oculoplastic Surgeons with injections of Botox. Facial drooping is expected when certain muscles are injected, so the dosage needs to be titrated to the minimal amount needed to alleviate the spasm. Thank you for your question.  Yes an experienced board certified plastic surgeon should be able to titrate small doses of Botox that will reduce the hemifacial spasm twitches but not completely paralyze the facial muscles.
