It's nearing to 6 months and there is not a bad amount of hair that is growing but i'm a bit disappointed and worried as most of the hair is growing to be kinky and strange looking in texture while my natural hair is straight, i look really odd. will this is be how i will always look like even after 12 months?! Answer: My hair is kinky after my hair transplant I have performed hair transplant surgery for 24 years and my group has done over 15,000 surgeries. Actual kinky hair may appear and in our experience it happened in two cases out of 15,000+ surgeries. In these two cases, one had a repeat transplant and it happened to him the second time as well. For him, the good news is that he always wanted kinky hair, so it was not a problem for him, he was thrilled with it. The second case, the patient had to soften the hair with advice from a god stylist.
