What you describe is not concerning but certainly something that you should keep an eye on and have assessed by an experienced plastic surgeon in the next few weeks if it does not resolve. I would apply the usual cold compresses and avoid extreme exertion for a week to see if it settles down (likely). It’s a good idea to always let whoever did your injections know if you are having any type of problem.

Best to wait.  Sounds like you have some swelling.  Swelling can take several weeks to resolve in some cases.

It would be interesting to know which fillers were used here. It sounds as though you are having a rare but recognised reaction, where something has triggered an inflammation around the filler material.
Its good that you are seeing your doctor about this - he/she should be in the best position to guide you. The possible options are to wait for things to settle, consider treatment such as a short course of steroids to calm the inflammation (as long as there is no suggestion of an infection causing this), or as a last resort dissolve the filler away.
While it is a worry for you while the swelling is present you should be reassured that this will be a temporary phenomenon. Keep in touch with you doctor while things are settling.
