Antidepressants and Rhinoplasty bone healing?

I have read some researchs about ssri group antidepressants would inhibit osteoblasts and therefore have negative impact on general bone healing process , making healed bone even weaker. İs it safe to use them during rhinoplasty healing process? How does it take to heal bones in rhinoplasty?

If it does affect osteoblasts it’s effect must be quite insignificant. I’ve performed many rhinoplasties and I’m sure several of the patients were on antidepressants. I’ve never had a problem nor was I even aware of this Issue. So I wouldn’t worry about it.
