Dear Doctors, I am revisiting the idea of getting a rhinoplasty. I want to reduce the size of my overall nose by a combination of deprojecting (by about 2-4mm) and lowering my nose bridge. After consulting with other results, I designed a morph of what I would like to achieve. My questions are: 1. Do you think this is a realistic expectation? 2. If it is, would this be difficult to achieve? Can an average surgeon do this? 3. If not, why not? I have medium skin thickness and never broke it.
