Would I be at risk for complications or scarring from a septorhinoplasty with Marfan's syndrome?

Hello, I was wondering if any physician who has dealt with marfan's syndrome could provide any insight. I have a deviated septum and was hoping to get both a septoplasty and rhinoplasty combined. Would I be at risk for complications or scarring. This is something I really want done. Thank You
