Hello, I was wondering if any physician who has dealt with marfan's syndrome could provide any insight. I have a deviated septum and was hoping to get both a septoplasty and rhinoplasty combined. Would I be at risk for complications or scarring. This is something I really want done. Thank You

In general, it is not common for pores to be addressed surgically during a rhinoplasty although it is difficult to determine for sure without pictures. More commonly, skin concerns such as large pores are managed by dermatologists.
