Answer: Combining Neuromodulators & Volumizers Can Help Elevate Falling Brows & Diminish Upper Eyelid Rolls & Creases The photos provided are unfortunately not optimal for fully evaluating your particular condition. But, in general terms, especially in a very young person such as you, it would be reasonable, in order to avoid surgery, to investigate the technique of nonsurgically elevating the brows--via the use of neuromodulators, such as Botox, Dysport or Xeomin and volumizing fillers, such as Juvederm Ultra Plus XC, which I would choose for this purpose in my Upper East Side Manhattan office or Princess Volume (my choice in my Israel satellite facility, where a far greater number of regulatory agency approved injectable volumizers are available). Volumizing in this fashion would likely elevate the upper lid region and thereby diminish the rolls in the upper lid that disturb you. Please note that the injection of volumizing filler into the hollows above the eyes is an advanced injection technique that should not be left to the hands of novice injectors and medspas accustomed only to injecting ordinary Restylane and Juvederm into simple smile lines. Make sure you look for a board certified aesthetic physician and be certain to ask to see his/her before and after photos before agreeing to proceed.

Answer: Extra upper eyelid skin folds in young person Although it is unusual to have excess skin in young person, it does appear you would benefit from conservative skin only upper blepharoplasty. Also understand part of the problem is relative hollowness in upper eyelid area with deflated balloon effect which means adding volume (filler) is another option. Best to see an oculoplastic specialist for evaluation.

Answer: Double creases in upper lids Limited removal of skin would eliminate the double crease. The concept of lifting the brows to eliminate the extra crease makes some sense, but neuromodulators provide minimal lift - just a couple of millimeters at most. Fillers are risky in the upper lids and brow area. I would recommend seeing an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and recommendations. Best wishes.

Answer: Eyelid correction with Botox or Dysport or Xeomin Hi Rania, your images are impossible to use for a proper assessment but is does appear that your eyebrow is low. If this is the case, it would be easy to correct your "eyelid" problem by raising your eyebrow. In our office we would assess you in person, design a customized neuromodulator injection does and treat you. It takes about 10 minutes to do the injection with any of the three neuromodulators that are available in North America today (Botox / Dysport / Xeomin). Within 10 days you will look refreshed and less "worried / exhausted". Seek out a PS in your area that does a lot of Botox injections. As a peer to peer educator for these companies I can assure you that many physicians - especially non plastic surgeons - have the experience to get great results. Don't get treated by someone who you have not seen great results from. Don't go to someone just to save a dollar or two. Experience and outcomes are the two most important factors when seeking a physician to treat you. It is worth the time and effort to seek the best. All the best, Scott K. M.
