Hi. I'm 59 years old and 20 lbs overweight. I am currently scheduled for a lower blephroplasty in 3 weeks. No fat grafting. He may use fillers afterwards if necessary. Should I loose the weight first and then do lower lids or does it have no impact on the outcome?

It is not uncommon to still have some bruising two weeks after blepharoplasty. How quickly this resolves depends on the particular patient and what was done surgically. It will go away soon, just give it some more time.
