Why are my eyes asymmetric? What can I do about it? (photos)

I am a 21 yr old male,. I stared noticing that my left eye is smaller than my right eye only recently and this had made me worry about it,. I also seem to have an asymmetrical face to go with that,. Would that be the cause or is there something fishy about it? But i think it has been the same way from my childhood

You have right upper eyelid ptosis. See an oculoplastic surgeon for evaluation and possible eyelid ptosis surgery. See following link.

Thank you for your question.  Based on the photos provided, your right upper eyelid is droopy (i.e. ptosis).  This can be corrected with surgery.  You also mention that your face seems asymmetric.  Keep in mind that our left and right sides are not exact mirror images of each other, and that there are relative differences between the two sides.  Follow up with a specialist for a comprehensive exam and best wishes.

great question.  From your pictures it seems that your right eyelid (eyelud on the left side of the picture) has a higher fold and lies lower than the other side.  This can be an asymmetry from birth, something called CONGENITAL PTOSIS.  If it is also associated with a facial asymmetry, it would not be a bad a idea to be evaluated by a facial plastic surgeon.
