Its been 7 days since I had my surgery and there was some bleeding from left eye that started on 5th day, but the doctor said that it happens sometimes and will stop. But right from the 3rd day itself, I am getting this intense burning like someone has put acid in my eyes. It so intense that I am forced to close my eyes and some water comes out from both these eyes. During this burning period, the eyes turn blood red. But the doc says that there is no concern and I should just massage my eyes.

Answer: Intense Burning after Lower eyelid blepharoplasty
There are definite limitations of how horizontally long the eyelid/eye can be and that is limited by the orbit. However, you can reduce the sclera show you are describing to give the eye more almond shaped appearance (rather than round). See following link and video.
Thank you for your question. You are still very early in the healing process, and it may take up to several weeks to see the final results. Follow your doctors post-operative instructions and remain in close contact with him or her. Best wishes.
A 20 pound weight loss will have no bearing on the lower lids, since the fatty deposits are not weight dependent. It is okay to proceed to do the lower lids before or after a 20 pound weight loss
