Far more important than deciding if TT is for you is the skill and experience of your plastic surgeon. Choose your surgeon rather than the technique and let him explain why one technique may be better than another and if you need a tummy tuck. Thank you for your question. Some people do get some recurrent abdominal bulging from either weight changes or pregnancies after a tummy tuck. This can be improved with a second tummy tuck, in which the muscles can be further tightened. The difficulty in a secondary tummy tuck is the amount of skin excess. Typically, there is not as much redundant skin in a secondary tummy tuck, which can result in a short "T" of the scar.

I would suggest consulting with a plastic surgeon for more definitive advice. But in short, a second tummy tuck is a possibility.

Yes, a second tummy tuck is possible. It is not that uncommon in situations where someone has a TT years agoand then subsequently has weight changes, more children, etc. The TT can be "re-done" with more tightening of the muscles and then lipo is needed. Make sure to seek a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon with experience in body contouring. 

If you had a tummy tuck ten years ago and have gained weight, you may benefit form a second tummy tuck. You would need to be examined by a board certified plastic surgeon. The issue may be able to be addressed with liposuction alone. If the fat is all intra-abdominal, dieting may be needed fist. Yes, the muscle repair may be done without liposuction. It all depends on your physical examination and goals.

It is possible to have a revision of your 11 or 12 year old abdominoplasty but an examination would be needed to determine the extent of the repair or revision needed.
