This can be improved with a second tummy tuck, in which the muscles can be further tightened. The difficulty in a secondary tummy tuck is the amount of skin excess. Typically, there is not as much redundant skin in a secondary tummy tuck, which can result in a short "T" of the scar.

I would suggest consulting with a plastic surgeon for more definitive advice. But in short, a second tummy tuck is a possibility.
