I am wondering, when getting a full tummy tuck, if the skin on the lower abdomen gets lifted as well, resultung in a slight lift in the skin on front of the thighs and pubic area.

Answer: Tummy Tuck effect on Pubis and Thighs Although a tummy tuck will often improve the pubic region and to a lesser degree the upper thighs. Often a pubis lift done at the same time is required for the best result. The recovery period will not change in most cases. Always pick a board certified plastic surgeon for safety and best results.

The tummy tuck will definitely affect the pubic region and lift this area. In a number of patients, the superior inner thigh skin can also be tightened as a result of just the tummy tuck. The amount of tightening to the pubic region can be dramatic, less so for the inner thighs, but still improvement can be noted. Hope this helps!!
