Is it safe to get a Tummy Tuck with a previous history of Ulcerative Colitis?

I'm a 24 year old female, 5'7, 190lbs. I have a previous history of Ulcerative colitis and 3 operations (proctocolectomy, ileostomy, j-pouch 13 years ago). I have gained and lost weight through the years. Now, I am stuck with scars, saggy skin, and stretch marks on my stomach. I will also need to have a c-section later on if I get pregnant. I do plan on losing weight now. Would it be safe and manageable to get a tummy tuck with this medical history (including if I had history with a c-section)?
