It looks like your disolvable sutures are working their way out before they are absorbed by your body. This often leads to a worsened scar in that region which occasionally needs a small scar revision after everything is healed. I would see your plastic surgeon. Most likely, local wound care will be all that is needed for now as you heal. Sometimes these problems do resolve themselves with no future intervention necessary. Have patience and see how your body heals.

Is possible that buried sutures in the process of dissolving have worked their way to the skin creating sterile abscesses. These can be drained in the remaining suture material removed.
You should see your surgeon about this. To me, you photo suggests poor scarring. But only an exam will tell if you have suture issues or scarring issues.
It seems as though you are having a suture reaction - which is unpredictable and benign. Your surgeon will want to see your for evaluation and treatment.
Best option is to see your operative surgeon ASAP for steroid injections or Nedrol dose pack.....///
