I'm flying 2 weeks post tummy tuck and hysterectomy. The flight is 1 hour and 45 min. I'm 43, 5' 5" and 137 pounds. I don't smoke, not on hormone replacement therapy, not using birth control, and not diabetic. I eat healthy, whole foods and drink plenty of water (at least 2 Liters/day). Assuming I move my legs, stand up and walk during the flight, is it ok to take this trip?
