Not satisfied after revision rhinoplasty, can something be done to make my nose straighter? (Photos)

I had Septorhinoplasty in 2023 and revision surgery in 2024. My nose is fine from the side profile but my nose is still bent which cause my face to look asymmetric Is there any procedure that can make it look more straight than it is now? The nose is not alligned with my teeth either

Hello and thank you for your question. Based on your photographs, you may benefit from a revision rhinoplasty. This can be designed to improve the nostril symmetry and overall straightness of your nose. Make sure you are going to a surgeon with hundreds of long-term before and after pictures on their website with standardized lighting and standardized backgrounds. With good surgical technique, you could have an outstanding result. I recommend that you seek consultation with a qualified board-certified rhinoplasty surgeon who can evaluate you in person.
