Hi I’m so sad about my breast augmentation I am 2 weeks post op and one is bigger then other and I have pain under my arm pit and other is fine but insishion is higher then the other they look just so ugly :( I don’t know if it’s somehing I did wrong I drive my daughter to school each morning and I don’t know it it’s ok but I started sleeping on my side at week one and my doctor said it’s ok but I read it’s not

Answer: Breast augmentation I am sorry you are unhappy, but based on your picture you seem to have a great result just be patient, they should settle in a couple of months. Continue to follow up with your PS.

Answer: I am 2 weeks postop from BA and hate them. Thank you for your question and I am sorry that you are not happy with your current result. Remember that after placement of implants your overall appearance will change dramatically over the next several months as the implants drop and the overlying tissue stretches to accommodate the extra volume. It appears that one of your implants has started to settle while the other is still held high and wide against your chest due to swelling. This asymmetry is not uncommon and improves as your results mature. I know waiting is difficult, but judge your results at 4-6 months after surgery as most of your breast changes should have occurred by then. Hope this helps.
