I was a small b. Mostly saggy from 2 kids. Had 425 HP Behind muscle. I though I was going to be pretty good size and I don’t look big at all. I’ve read about D and F and that my muscles need to relax but is all that true? Will they look bigger soon? It’s been exactly 2 weeks. I only ask on here because I worry about over reacting but am depressed they aren’t bigger.
Answer: Breasts drop and fluff Your muscle has the implants pressed flat. At 2 weeks you are about 10 percent healed, settled, softened, shaped, dropped and fluffed. "Drop and fluff" refers to the fact that as the skin stretches and the muscles relax, the implants move down and out slowly – about 1 percent a day. It’ll be about six weeks before they even begin to settle down, but they’ll be close to 80 percent settled at three months. Watching their progress is like watching your hair grow. You don’t see a difference in your hair growth daily, but all of a sudden you need a haircut. Be patient after surgery. Give yourself a few months before making a judgment about your surgical results. You won't know the outcome until then. Dr. Ted Eisenberg, Board Certified Plastic Surgeon and Author Phila., Pa.

Answer: Drop and fluff? Thank you for your question. Your breasts will continue to change over the next few months. If you are concerned, please speak with your plastic surgeon.

Answer: Drop and Fluff Thanks for your question! I've really never heard that phrase; ha! Well, things will def settle out over the next 4-6 month, but if you're not happy with your volume now, I'm not sure that you're going to be happy with the final volume that you end up with. Did your Ps offer you pre-operative sizers or Vectra? That's really helped my own pre-op planning in my experience of doing thousands of breast augmentation surgeries. Best of luck to you!

Answer: Will breasts get bigger after surgery? Two weeks after surgery is much too early to evaluate your results. However, typically the breasts will not appear larger, but rather, smaller as the swelling diminishes. You appear rather thin and without a great deal of tissue coverage, so i would not encourage you to have really large implants placed. 425 cc volume is quite reasonable. Discuss your concerns with your surgeon at your next appointment.
