I'm 35 i had a bbl 2 years ago i was left with this flat square bottom. Chicken butt?! Can it be fixed and how? Is there anything I can do to fix it. Or it it a surgical fix? I'm miserable as I feel people look straight at it . I think its noticeable with clothes on. Please help any constructive criticism , advice welcome. Please help!! Would another bbl help ? What can I ask my surgeon to do in this case . ?!

Answer: What a BBL can not to do Fat transfer adds volume. That’s all it does. It doesn’t address skin laxity and it doesn’t address bone structure. These other components have a fairly major impact and shape and contour. The chicken butt is treated with a surgical tech and is not treated or caused by fat transfer. The best explanation for the treatment I’ve seen is given by Dr. Mendieta in Miami. He has a YouTube video called the Miami thong lift. Watch that video to get an explanation for the treatment options. It’s not done with adding fat. It’s also not caused by adding fat. The overall squareness is your pelvic shape. The one thing I may have done different is to also graft fat along your lateral thigh to build up volume in that area to create more of an S-curve. Your clothing is covering your bottom so it’s hard to tell what a true shape is.Possibly removing more fat or lowering the transition to where the love handles are could improve your contour to some degree.
