Round 3 bbl add fat to lower buttocks. I have had 2 bbls and 1 extended tummy tuck with an arm lift. I'm not satisfied with the shape of my butt and it's uneven and botched and a lot of upper back fat left I wanted my surgeon to give me some cuffs and he didn't, even after my 2nd bbl. The bottom looks somewhat like a v in the middle and it's more full at the top I just want more fullness at the bottom like a heart but it looks like a heart with the cuffs cut off.
