I had my surgery 6 years ago. I wanted a big butt and hips and that's what my doctor gave me. Now as I am a little older I want a more natural look. My only worry is how risky is the surgery? And will I be left with sagging skin?

Very conservative liposuction of some areas may bring your volume down and still keep same shape, without skin sagging. It may be done in stages rather than doing too much. Consultation with a surgeon who performed your surgery is recommended. Good luck.

Thanks for the question and photos.  Your buttocks does look good now, but larger.  Liposuctioning fat from the buttocks is easy, but there is always a loss of some of the skin turgor or tightness.  The buttocks should not 'sag', but it will not be as tight, round and perky as it is now.

It’s certainly possible to have fat removed and reduce a BBL. It’s not possible to differentiate the removal of grafted fat versus previously present native fat.

Most likely you would only need a modest reduction so it should not have a big impact on your skin unless you have skin laxity issues before your BBL.

You seem pleased with the surgeon who did your procedure so I suggest you follow up with him and talk about revision surgery.
