I had my surgery 6 years ago. I wanted a big butt and hips and that's what my doctor gave me. Now as I am a little older I want a more natural look. My only worry is how risky is the surgery? And will I be left with sagging skin?

I do not think you should have a third BBL. Your bottom already looks disproportionately large. There’s also cellulite which is often made worse by fat transfer. in regards to a BBL but you have droopiness of your lower inner buttocks and this requires a tuck to correct.
