I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

My best guess is there was a lot of blood either in your fat or from the injections of the fat. Red blood cells in tissue breakdown and release hemoglobin. Hemoglobin intern breaks down into various Haily pigmented molecules. Sometimes these can leave permanent tissue staining called hemosiderin deposits.

It’s unlikely you have a lot of scar tissue in your buttocks. Was more probable is that you have a significant amount of fat necrosis combined with scar tissue to feel areas of firmness. This comes from using poor surgical technique. It happens when too much fat is injected in small areas rather than diffusely throughout all the tissues.

In reality there is very little to do other than to simply give this more time. I don’t believe the treatments you are doing are going to change your out, but you can continue doing them if you think they are helpful.
