Slightly have a PTT and normal PT. Do I need to delay my surgery?

Question

My doctor had me redo my results when they were pt 11.9 and aptt at 36 seconds (23-32) and now my new results are pt 11.2 and apt same 36 seconds (24-33) my surgery is in 38 days December 17th I was told to repeat them from the surgery clinic

you should be healthy prior to any elective procedure. Every plastic surgeon has his own preoperative protocol which he recommends to his patients. I would suggest you to discuss this with your plastic surgeon.

Normal PTT levels can vary based on the lab.
It looks like your numbers are very close to normal.
Ultimately, you should rely on your surgeons guidance for this.
It doesn’t really matter if we think you’re OK to have surgery or not.
