Can anxiety negatively affect the Brazilian butt lift healing process and will this impact my chances as a candidate?

Can physical symptoms of anxiety, high heart rate and temporary elevated blood pressure due to stress and anxiety negatively impact BBL healing process? I was checked out by a cardiologist who said my heart is structurally fine, but my heart beats very fast during moments of anxiety and worry. Will this disqualify me? Thank you!
