How to proceed / lumps after fat transfer? (photo)

Question

I am 50, in shape and at a healthy weight (5’2” and 120#). I had implant exchange with lift in 11/19 and had a flattened area R breast that a MD said he could address with fat transfer, which I had 5/21. He also added fat above, which is my problem. These areas formed / became more apparent in the last 4 months. I hope they can be aspirated although a couple seem more calcified vs others that are much softer. Please advise. Any help is appreciated

I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

If not too hard, the added fat could be treated with ultrasound to see if it can be softened, or internal radiofrequency.

Dear Calm,
Manual massage may improve the appearance over the next 6 months.  Try massaging the areas several times a day for a few minutes each time, and consider a lite steroid injection (Like Kenalog 10-injected into the firm or larger nodules).  This may be repeated every 6 weeks ( not sooner as the steroid could cause denting or hypopigmentation too).
