I understand your concern. However, without a proper assessment, it would be difficult to determine what went wrong. It is best that you visit your plastic surgeon for further assessment or ask for a second opinion. Only after a thorough examination, you can get proper recommendations and advice.

It would be hard to determine without a thorough examination. I would recommend that you visit your doctor or another experienced plastic surgeon for assessment and get recommendations based on that.

If not too hard, the added fat could be treated with ultrasound to see if it can be softened, or internal radiofrequency.

Manual massage may improve the appearance over the next 6 months. Try massaging the areas several times a day for a few minutes each time, and consider a lite steroid injection (Like Kenalog 10-injected into the firm or larger nodules). This may be repeated every 6 weeks ( not sooner as the steroid could cause denting or hypopigmentation too).
