I believe I have a tubular breast. Is my goal photo achievable? (photos)

The angle of the photo appears to be from below so it’s difficult to make an assessment on whether you truly do have tubular breasts. However, it does appear that your nipples are below your breast fold so a breast lift would be recommended. Different sized implants can also be placed to improve size asymmetry, and an areola reduction can be performed at the same time. A lift, augmentation and areola reduction would help reshape your breasts and improve asymmetry. The result would look more like your wish pic, but will probably not be exactly like it.

Hello, thank you for your question and photo. You do not present with tubular breasts but with enlarged areolas and mild ptosis. Would recommend areolar reduction and a breast lift with small implants if desired.

From examining your photo, it appears to me that the right breast just needs a lift with maybe a small implant. The left breast is more difficult since it is smaller in volume, has more ptosis, a larger areola/nipple complex, and a more constricted or tubular appearance. This breast will also need a higher lift and a little bigger implant. Achieving symmetry will be difficult for the inexperienced surgeon.

Thank you for your question.Based on your photos, you could achieve a lot symmetry with surgery. I would recommend a small implant and full breast lift. This would help decrease nipple size and make everything more symmetric.

You do not have a classic tubular breast deformity. The distinction is  somewhat academic because the characteristics of any breast need to be properly and artfully analyzed to develop a surgical plan to address your concerns. You do have asymmetry with moderate left sided ptosis (droop) and minimal right ptosis.Based on your pictures, your main options are a lift or a lift plus small implants (augmentation mastopexy). The main disadvantage of implants is that they are not lifetime devices. Once placed, more surgery is essentially inevitable over your lifetime. The main advantage of implants, of course, is that that provide enhanced size and contours. You do have enough breast tissue that a lift alone is possible. Your breasts are likely to feel a little smaller. The incisions would not be symmetrical because a more aggressive lift is needed in the left. Breast asymmetries like yours are extremely common. Thanks for your question.

I do not believe your breasts are tubular.  You will need a breast lift using The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation (in 95%) and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  At the same time or later, fat transfers can be performed if additional volume is desired.  Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Hello and thank you for the question and sharing your photos. Tuberous breast deformity represents a range of deformities and occasionally can be improved with breast lift without implants, areolar reduction, etc. I don't believe you have elements of tuberous breast deformity. In your case, I believe you benefit from a breast lift procedure (at least on one side) with or without implants. I would consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon for a formal evaluation. Based in your question and the pictures you  showed, you are a great candidate for a breast augmentation. You may want to consider breast augmentation sub muscular. The size, profile, and shape of the implant is based on your desired breast size/shape, your chest wall measurements, and soft tissue quality.  About your goals, I think you should consider other options since your areolas are big. You could get a reduction but not sure they can be that small and look good. Anyways, this decision should be based on a detailed discussion with equal input from both you and your surgeon.
