I believe I have a tubular breast. I absolutely loathe my breasts especially because of how asymmetrical they are. I've seen before and after a of tubular breasts and the nipples always seem to point lower than I'd like them to if I get the surgery, do you think this shape (second pic) is achievable with areola reduction and other procedures?
