The quality of the photos are not that great, but I do not think you have tuberous breasts. However, I see that you have some degree of ptosis, so my recommendation would be to have a combination surgery of mastopexy and breast augmentation.
You appear to have some tubular qualities. Implants for volume and fill with breast lift to reshape is best option. An exam and consultation with a plastic surgeon is recommended to confirm this as well as discuss your options and expectations.
Hello, thank you for your question. It seems like you can benefit from breast lift with implants, breast augmentation and a breast lift work hand and hand to enhance the overall shape and size of a woman’s breasts. These procedures are ideal for increasing the size of the breasts while restoring balance and youthfulness to a woman’s bust. The augmentation lift can help eliminate the sagging skin and excess fat causing your breasts to develop a droopy look. It will give your breasts an uplifted appearance and a more desirable sloping shape. Schedule an email, Skype or in-person consultation with a board certified plastic surgeon for proper evaluation.
Hello, and thank you for your question. To me this appears to be a minor form of tuberous breast. A breast augmentation with periareolar modification can help. The best advice I would suggest is to visit a board certified plastic surgeon for an in person consultation for a more accurate diagnosis.
Good afternoon,You don't truly have tuberous breasts, but you do share some of the characteristics- I would perform a submuscular augmentation, saline or silicone depending on your preference, and a donut mastopexy!
Thank you for your pictures and questions. In short, the answer is yes, you do have some features of tuberous breast. In cases like yours, I think that the best treatment addresses all the features of that diagnosis. This would include placement of an implant (I prefer anatomical teardrop implants in these cases, others may disagree but they tend to shape the breast better), scoring of the bands to obliterate the old IMF, and a periareolar mastopexy to correct the tissue herniation. Expect this type of approach to cost more than a standard augmentation, because it is more. If a surgeon tells you that you can achieve a perfect result with an implant alone....beware.Hope this helps!Dallas R. Buchanan, MD, FACSOwner & Board-Certified Plastic SurgeonVIVIFY plastic surgery
Dear Celebrated 4120, You do appear to have a mild form of tuberous breasts. I believe a periareolar mastopexy and breast augmentation should suit you very well. Please consult with a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in breast lift and augmentation surgery. Good luck. Dr. Gervais.
Thank you for your question and photos. Based on the photos, it looks like you do have a mild form of tuberous breasts. I would recommend a silicone breast augmentation in combination with a breast lift to give you more volume and a more ideal areola position. Make sure you address all your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck to you-
Based on your pictures, it does appear that you have a degree of tuberous breasts. In your case, a breast augmentation and breast lift/ nipple areola reshaping should help provide shape/ volume/ and better nipple areola position. The best thing to do is to have a few consultations with board certified plastic surgeons and see what they recommend. I hope this helps.
Tuberous breast is not, technically speaking, a "yes" or "no" question. There can be different points on the continuum. The typical hallmarks include a high, tight fold with "puffy" or distended areola, minimal breast tissue and potentially herniation of the breast tissue through a tightened ring thus the "tuberous" label. It is a congenital deformity which usually manifests at puberty. To what degree it manifests will vary from one patient to the next.Treatment of tuberous breasts varies depending on the degree of the breast architectural distortion. Surgical correction typically involves:-areolar reduction-submuscular augmentation-release of constricted breast tissueAll of these techniques work in concert to correct the tuberous deformation of the breast. With regards to your specific question, your photos demonstrate a mild form of tuberous breast. This could be addressed by all the techniques described above. As always, discuss your concerns with a board certified plastic surgeon (ABPS).Donovan Rosas MDBoard Certified by the American Board of Plastic SurgeryMember: American Society for Aesthetic Plastic Surgery, American Society of Plastic SurgeonsRealSelf Verified MemberRealSelf Top 100RealSelf Hall of Fame

Hi kgalinTuberous breast deformity is structural in nature. It is due to fiberous tissue that constricts the breast and causes the appearance. The bands must be surgically addressed in order to allow the breast assume a more aesthetic appearance.
