Thank you for your pictures and questions. In short, the answer is yes, you do have some features of tuberous breast. In cases like yours, I think that the best treatment addresses all the features of that diagnosis. This would include placement of an implant (I prefer anatomical teardrop implants in these cases, others may disagree but they tend to shape the breast better), scoring of the bands to obliterate the old IMF, and a periareolar mastopexy to correct the tissue herniation. Expect this type of approach to cost more than a standard augmentation, because it is more.
