Will 225cc be enough to notice a difference in breast size? I'm 5'2 and not even an A cup. (photos)

I'm going to do implants and lift to fix my tubular breasts but unsure about the size.. I tried on 250 cc and 225, and went with 225 because I thought 250 felt a bit chunky. But after posting about it in boob job groups on Facebook everyone said you won't notice any different with 225 cc, is that true? I want full and noticeable breasts but not huge ones. I'm not even an A cup now and 5'2.
