I just had a consultation for a tuberous breast deformity correction. I have a restricted base and the tissue has herniated into the nipple. The Dr recommended a periareola surgery and implants. Said the implants will eventually drop down expanding the tissue giving me the underboob amount that I desire. That is the amount of skin from chest to nipple compared to my less than an inch that I currently have. Is this accurate? I do not need a nipple lift or anything else?
