I am not sure what access was utilized to place the implants. I am also not sure where they are (below or above muscle?). In order to fix the discrepancy between left and right, I would recommend some type of nipple/areola repositioning procedure (some type of mastopexy). I would see a board-certified plastic surgeon with appropriate experience in these type of surgeries.
The surgery improved your breasts significantly. All you need is a revision to move your L areola more medially and maybe a capsulectomy on the R side.
