The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method. This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. Based on these photos, you may expect significant improvement with properly performed breast lift. In that process you may expect to loose about 1/2 cup size. Hope this helps.

Thank you for your question and photos. An examination in person would be required to properly assess your breasts and advise you specifically. That said, a mastopexy alone can achieve a breather degree of symmetry along with areolar diameter reduction and more aesthetic proportions.
