I believe that this can be corrected with appropriate implant selection and placement (with proper technique). I would see a board-certified plastic surgeon with preoperative 3D capability (Vectra or Crisalix) so that you can see the potential outcomes.

Tuberous breasts are characterized by a constriction of tissue around your nipples and an indistinct breast fold. You don’t appear to have these traits, or they may exist in a mild form, therefore a straightforward breast augmentation may be suitable for you.

Your breasts are not tuberous but small, asymmetrical and separated. If you undergo augmentation alone then the implants will have to be centered underneath the nipple-areola complex and will result in widely separated breasts and the implants tend to slide inferior and lateral. You will need a mini lift. Using a circumareola incision, your breast tissue is reshaped, elevated higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage. At the same time, fat transfers or small implants can be placed.

Typically, correction of narrow breasts (tuberous breasts are part of this category) involves changing the breast shape, correction of asymmetry, and augmentation (implants).
