I have tuberous breasts, can I fix without implants? (photos)

This would depend upon the type of breast lift performed and the areas into which fat is injected.  
The areolae can definitely be reduced with periareolar scars.  This gives a little bit of lift as well.  Fat grafting to the breast is an implant-free procedure that is less invasive and offers more natural results than traditional breast implants, and with less downtime required. Areolar reduction and fat grafting can be performed at the same time. Staging is probably more reasonable.  Fat graft take should always be optimized with the best blood supply available.

You do not need implants but do need a lift.  The technique I recommend is The Bellesoma Method.  This will reshape your breast tissue creating upper pole fullness without implants, elevate them higher on the chest wall and more medial to increase your cleavage.  Vertical scars are avoided, nipple sensation and the ability to breast feed are maintained.  Best Wishes,Gary Horndeski, M.D.

Hello,You don’t need any implants. Regardless of the label, your breasts are asymmetric and have suboptimal nipple position, both of which can ONLY be corrected with a lift and asymmetric reduction. Go visit a few ASAP certified/ASAPS member surgeons who specialize in breast surgery.

As there is a wide spectrum of tuberous breast deformity, some can be addressed with implants only, some will need implants and a lift and other can be addressed successfully with a lift only.Judging by your photos, you can certainly have an improvement with a breast lift only.  It really comes down to your expectations and what you would like to achieve.I would recommend you see a board certified plastic surgeon to discuss your surgical options.Hope that helps.

Based on your photos- your issue is not volume- but shape and position. You have plenty of volume- therefore- to improve the appearance of your breast you will need a breast lift/ mastopexy. In the right hands - you should get a really good result- provided there are no complications post-op. I suggest that you seek an experienced Board Certified PS.

Thank you for your question!  Your photos are helpful and while I would not say that you have a true tuberous breast deformity, you certainly  have some details that suggest mild findings including a constricted base, areolar herniation, and a conically-shaped breast with enlarged areola. This is typically corrected by a periareolar breast lift, and consideration for an implant or even tissue expander in severe cases. Since your constriction is not very significant, a breast lift to reshape the breasts and correct the breast herniation, make the areolae smaller, and score the constriction bands at the base of the breasts may be all that you need.
