Thank you for your questions and for providing an image to go by. It's generally best that you continue to completion with you laser tattoo removal before proceeding with your augmentation. As far as having it surgically removed, there's a greater chance you'd be more unhappy with the scar than the actual tattoo itself. Hope this information helps!

Thank your for your question.  Each surgeon will have their own recommendations regarding this topic, but it looks to be that you are well into your laser treatments already and I would suggest finishing up your laser treatments and then venturing onto your breast augmentation.  I would suggest seeing a Board Certified Plastic Surgeon to see you in person and evaluate you. Best of luck to you. 

Probably safest to have the tattoo removed by laser before your breast augmentation procedure. This would be preferable to surgical removal and the scarring associated with that.

It is best if you complete your tattoo removal and allow the area to heal completely before proceeding with surgery.  This is to keep the risk of complications to a minimum.

Based on the photo enclosed I would recommend that you complete your laser treatment for the removal prior to surgery. I don't believe you would be able to remove the whole tattoo along with a breast lift. I would seek out board certified plastic surgeons in your area.

Hi thereI would suggest you see a Plastic Surgeon yo determine whether you might need a breast lift at the time of augmentation.  Some if the tattoo can be removed then if you do.
