I had my lips dissolved for being over filled/migrated. Then had them refilled and not sure what to do about them. They look different now and I see white patches.

You may be able to get lip filler with a scar. Filler may be helpful in filling small depressions created by scars or for adding plump despite the presence of a scar. It will not make the scar widen but it will also not mask the color of the scar.
