Best treatment for fine lines under the eye for a younger patient?

It's difficult to determine the best course of action without photographs or an evaluation. You would likely get some improvement with a combination of injectable fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP, peels and stem cells. It is very difficult to give you advice without in person evaluation or series of good photos. In your age, for such a specific deformity, lower blapharoplasty, using small incision inside the eyelid usually produces significant improvement. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.
