Best treatment for fine lines under the eye for a younger patient?

I am only 28 but have suffered years of allergies and eczema which have left me with permanent Denny-Morgan lines and other fine lines under my eyes. My eczema and allergies are finally under control and I’m looking to improve the lines under the eyes and possibly help to tighten that area up. What are my options?

It's difficult to determine the best course of action without photographs or an evaluation. You would likely get some improvement with a combination of injectable fillers, lasers, microneedling/PRP, peels and stem cells. More aggressive skin resurfacing treatments are also available if needed. I suggest getting a formal evaluation with an experienced cosmetic dermatologist to see what is best for you and your goals. It is difficult to offer advice without an evaluation or photos.  Fine lines are often addressed using treatments such as lasers, chemical peels, microneedling or PRP.  Be sure to use medical grade skin care products and sunscreen every day.

It is very difficult to give you advice without in person evaluation or series of good photos. In your age, for such a specific deformity, lower blapharoplasty, using small incision inside the eyelid usually produces significant improvement. In person evaluation is recommended. Good luck.
