Best to wait at least 3 months for healing and keep communicating with you surgeon. Do squinting eyelid exercises and push up the lower eyelids.

as far as I know, transconjunctival blepharoplasty should really not change the shape of the eyes Unless the surgery was combined with other form of lower eyelid surgery. But the wrinkles depend on where they are located, may not resolve. 

It is unlikely that the wrinkle will resolve as you heal. It is possible that it might get a bit worse as all of the swelling disappears. You are at 5 weeks out and that is predictive of where you will be in 3 to 4 months. There are many options should you decide that you ultimately do not like these subtle changes that have resulted from your surgery. I encourage you to let the eyelids heal more. If you are not ultimately happy with what your surgeon has told you, you have the option of seeking second opinions. 

By your description, it sounds like you had fat removal from your lower lid with your transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty.  The removal of volume has led to some wrinkling of your lower eyelid skin, because the excess skin isn't directly addressed with this method.  I would consider waiting an additional 3 months or using firming creams to see if your skin can tighten further, but otherwise you would be a good candidate for a pinch lower lid blepharoplasty to directly remove some excess skin and improve your fine lines.  Hope that helps.

The wrinkles may tighten over time with transconjuctival blepharoplasy. So give it some time.I don't think the shape of the lateral eye will change. If that wasn't what you planned, bring it up with your surgeon. It's an easy fix.
