My healing has gone very well I do not have much bruising and dryness is minimal I have been religiously using lubricating drops which have helped alot. I really love my almond shape eyes, the round eyes seem to be getting better but I really want my eye shape back, my dr said not to worry to give it at least 6 months and I will be very pleased.. I also have a few deep wrinkles will that go away? I appreciate your input.

Answer: Post-blepharoplasty skin wrinkling By your description, it sounds like you had fat removal from your lower lid with your transconjunctival lower lid blepharoplasty. The removal of volume has led to some wrinkling of your lower eyelid skin, because the excess skin isn't directly addressed with this method. I would consider waiting an additional 3 months or using firming creams to see if your skin can tighten further, but otherwise you would be a good candidate for a pinch lower lid blepharoplasty to directly remove some excess skin and improve your fine lines. Answer: Wrinkles vs shape The wrinkles may tighten over time with transconjuctival blepharoplasy. So give it some time.I don't think the shape of the lateral eye will change. If that wasn't what you planned, bring it up with your surgeon. It's an easy fix.
