I do not currently want to do a Breas lift or implants and am wondering what skin tightening treatments are most effective for lifting and tightening sagging breasts? Thank you

Answer: Effective Non-Surgical Treatments for Breast Skin Tightening When looking for non-surgical options to tighten and lift sagging breast skin, there are several treatments that may help improve skin firmness and elasticity: Radiofrequency (RF) Therapy: This treatment uses radiofrequency energy to heat the skin, stimulating collagen production and promoting skin tightening. It is non-invasive and can provide gradual improvements over time. Ultrasound Therapy: Treatments like Ultherapy use focused ultrasound energy to lift and tighten the skin by stimulating collagen production. It is FDA-approved for lifting skin on various parts of the body and can be an effective option for mild sagging. Laser Treatments: Fractional laser treatments can help improve skin texture and firmness by promoting collagen remodeling. They are also non-invasive and require minimal downtime. Microneedling: Often combined with radiofrequency, microneedling involves creating tiny punctures in the skin to stimulate collagen production and improve skin elasticity. This can help with mild sagging. Topical Treatments: While not as effective as in-office procedures, certain topical products containing ingredients like retinoids, peptides, and antioxidants can support skin health and complement other treatments. It's important to have realistic expectations and understand that non-surgical treatments may offer subtle improvements compared to surgical options. Consulting with a board-certified dermatologist or plastic surgeon can help determine the most appropriate treatment plan based on your specific needs and goals.

Answer: Morpheus8 can help tighten loose skin for a more firm look. Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in. Best, Dr. Karamanoukian Realself100 Surgeon
