What is the best treatment for breast skin tightening?

I do not currently want to do a Breas lift or implants and am wondering what skin tightening treatments are most effective for lifting and tightening sagging breasts? Thank you

BodyTite and Morpheus 8 would be your best options for skin tightening on the breast. But how effective it is really depends on the degree of breast ptosis (sagging) that you have. If your nipples are sitting at the lowest aspect of your breast and/or pointing to the floor, your best option is a breast lift.

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

You may have some degree of improvement with procedures such as BodyTite but depending on the degree of ptosis, you may get sub par results.  Visit with a board certified plastic surgeon near you for an evaluation.  You may find that it is better to do nothing if you are not interested in a surgical breast lift.  Keep in mind there are different degrees of breast lifts.  You may find a minimal lift is all you need.

While I appreciate that Radiofrequency heating tightens skin by stimulating collagen, there is only one treatment on the market that stimulates elastin. Stimulating both collagen and elastin provides a better skin tightening effect with Profound treatment. This treatment uses a device that inserts a 10 needle 32 gauge set of needles into the skin to heat the skin to 153 degrees for three seconds. Although the final effect of the treatment takes up to 6 months to see, visible results start to be seen at 6 weeks after the procedure. It would be best to do this procedure with someone who does them often on a regular basis. The limiting portion of the procedure is the area of skin that can be numbed properly in order to be able to complete the treatment in the area needed. There are ways to do an area as large as the chest by diluting the local anesthetic enough to cover that large of an area but provide adequate anesthesia to treat the entire chest area properly in order to tighten the skin on the chest to lift the breasts. I have done several of these chest Profound treatments to tighten the skin and lift the breasts without surgery.

Thank you for your question.  However, without photos, I have no idea how much tightening you need.   The only non surgical method of skin tightening for the breasts would be Radiofrequency Microneedling and Bodytite.   But, without knowing how droopy your breasts are, I have no idea if these procedures would be worth it for you.
