I have sagging skin it isn’t the loosest or most terrible but it’s there and my lower abdomen is overlapping a bit when I sit down. I don’t think I require a tummy tuck but I have wrinkly skin and stretch marks. What’s the best treatment aside from a tummy tuck to tighten and reduce saggy skin plus get rid of stretch marks. I’ve checked out dr Leah clinic in London they have a mummy makeover for £1000 which includes radisofrquwnce and stretch mark removal but I’m unsure if this will make a dif

Morpheus 8 is a non-invasive skin and soft tissue tightening treatment that is consistently amazing in our patients. We use the Morpheus to exact fractional induced RF into the skin or tissue in order to tighten collagen and stimulate contraction of the tissue. For acne scars, it is quite useful to build collagen in patients who have atrophic scars but is not very productive for ice-pick scars which require TCA Cross. For tissue tightening, Morpheus is ideal for the face and neck and we often combine it with CO2 laser or Ultherapy to further enhance results. Chemical peels and skin resurfacing should be done at least 5 to 7 days after, but can be performed earlier, depending on treatment severity. Avoid exfoliating skin treatments before Morpheus and expect a period of 2-4 weeks for skin contraction to set in.

Based on the submitted photos the best result would be a tummy tuck.  This would remove excess fat and skin as well as correct abdominal wall laxity.  Stretch marks located below the belly button would be removed.  The result would be a flatter, tighter tummy.  The other procedures including skin tightening and liposuction may give you some improvement but the tummy tuck would be the recommendation for you.
