Hello, I have a lower and upper bleph surgery scheduled in the next few months. My eyes are more prominent and my ocular cavity is quite deep. I also have laxity in my undereye skin. My surgeon is performing a transcutaneous surgery with fat graft to my lower lids and also pulling the muscles and skin towards the side of the eyes with an outer cut on the lids. I am concerned about eyelid retraction and ectropion. What are the chances of this happening?
