Is it okay to wear a posture band after breast augmentation? (photo)

I understand your concern. It is best that you consult your plastic surgeon regarding post operative care and management (i.e including massage techniques and timing) specific to your case. Your surgeon knows your condition well and has preferences on when and what to use for faster healing and recovery. Post operative care and management depends on the type of surgery performed and the technique used during surgery among other factors.It is best, however, that you follow your plastic surgeon's advice on post operative care management for a smooth and faster healing and recovery.

It is difficult to assess you based off photos alone. It may be best to speak with your plastic surgeon, as each surgeon has different protocols and post op instructions

It really depends on whether or not the posture band touches your breasts. Surgeons often have different opinions so it's probably best if you discuss this with your own surgeon

Based upon their BAM recovery, I typically ask patients to wait six weeks before chiropractic manipulations which necessitate being placed face down with pressure on their breasts. The PS who performs your BAM will be your best resource for determining your restrictions.
