Hello, I am 6'5' and thin (180-185 pounds). I am not looking for extreme results but it would be nice to have a rounder posterior with more projection and no love handles.In my research, I have found that Vaser is not only the ideal option for thin patients but for men because of our fibrous fat tissue. I am interested in pursuing the procedure anywhere in the world with a doctor with experience working with men. Would I be a candidate for Vaser or traditional BBL?

Answer: Is Vaser BBL the only option for thin men and would I be a good candidate? Hello, thank you for your question. Based on your photos you can obtain nice contours from lipo/BBL. You can achieve a very good result with a board certified plastic surgeon with extensive experience with male BBLs.

As a Total Definer surgeon, I trained with Dr. Alfredo Hoyos the inventor of the VASER Hi Def Lipo (VHD) technique. Not everyone who owns a VASER knows how to use it appropriately or to its maximum benefit. This is highly specialized surgery, and there are only about 90 Total Definer surgeons in the US trained in this type of surgery.Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for VHD of the chest, whole torso with fat transfer to the buttocks for shaping. I do these surgeries under intravenous sedation in our accredited in office operating suite.See a board certified plastic surgeon experienced in advanced body sculpting techniques for an in person consultation/evaluation.
