I am 5'0 weigh 155. I already paid for my TT for July 2020 however I am conflicted if I should have gotten my BBL first in order to use as much fat? I'm afraid I won't have enough fat after my TT. Can someone please help me thanks! I planed on getting my BBL a year later after my TT
Answer: Which procedure should be done first: Lipo 360 with BBL or Tummy Tuck? I am very conflicted Hello, thank you for your question. It appear that you may benefit from a Lipo/BBL and TT, I perform the lipo/TT and BBL in combination for many of my patients. However, if they prefer staging the procedures I always recommend the lipo and BBL first, followed by the TT three to six months later so that the result will be as tight as possible. A TT addresses both the loose skin and the lax abdominal wall as to give a nice, flat youthful contour to the abdomen. The TT also creates a more youthful belly button. TT without muscle repair may make the recovery easier, but, if you have laxity in that area, the result will be better with plication. In general, the muscles should be brought to anatomic norms. The smaller the separation, the less tightening required and probably the less discomfort. Swelling will occur irrespective of muscle repair, and almost every patient requiring a TT will benefit from the muscle repair. I place the scar as low as possible. This will be below the level of a C-section scar and almost to the level of the leg crease. With the low scar, the scar can be concealed by virtually any piece of clothing. The key is how the tension is managed at the end of the TT.

Answer: Tummy tuck / Lipo Thanks for the question. In this regard, I recommend you a Tummy Tuck to get a flat abdomen and waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour. Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL). Kind regards,Dr. Emmanuel Mallol Cotes.-

Answer: Combination of surgeries Dear angelika1229, based on your photos, it looks like you would be a candidate for a tummy tuck and BBL. I understand your concern. It is best however that you consult with a board certified plastic surgeon to determine whether you can have several aesthetic surgeries in one session, as this would depend on various factors including but not limited to your general health condition, the type of anesthesia that will be used, and the type of surgeries that will be performed among others. Answer: Which procedure should be done first: Lipo 360 with BBL or Tummy Tuck? I am very conflicted (Photo) Hello dear! Thanks for the pictures and provided information as well. Based on your photos, you are a great candidate for liposuction with a BBL and a tummy tuck, to give you a nice tight tummy and to get rid of the extra skin, and I think you'll get very good results. Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your waist, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a beautiful heart shape, along with the tummy tuck. In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less. l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know. Good luck :)

Answer: Staged procedures I think you’re signed up for the correct combination incorrect order. It would benefit you to have an extended or three-quarter wraparound full tummy tuck.Having a tummy tuck first will give you the best tummy tuck results because there’s no scar tissue from previous liposuction. You’re not at risk for not having enough fat for a proper fat transfer.move forward with your tummy tuck and have some consultations in regards to a BBL to follow.you can make arguments why it’s better to do the BBL first or to do the tummy tuck first. My preference is to have patients do the tummy tuck before the BBL.Best, Mats Hagstrom MD
