Am I a good candidate for a BBL? I want a drastic, Kylie Jenner look. (photos)

I am 5" tall and weigh about 140 lbs. I want a drastic type of Kylie Jenner look. Is this possible and if it is do I need to gain more weight?(the last three pics of me were a few months ago the first picture is more recent)

Thanks for the question. 
In this regard, I recommend you waist and back Liposculpture, getting better curves especially in the waist, improving your body contour.
Finally, I suggested take the fat we get and transfer to the buttocks and hips, to mold them and get better volume, contour and butt projection, is that we know as "Brazilian Butt Lift" (BBL).

Hello! Thank you for your question. Based on your photos you are a good candidate for a BBL however, your expectations (wish pictures) are unrealistic. You can achieve a nice hour glass figure however, the waist\buttock\hip ratio in the wish pictures are unrealistic to your natural body frame. These two modalities can be combined effectively to maximize your increase in buttocks volume and shape. based on your photos, you look like a good candidate for a BBL. Liposuction of your abdomen, back and flanks should give you more curves and hourglass shape and fat transfer to buttocks should give you more projection. I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon because only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.

Based on your pictures, you are a great candidate for liposuction with BBL, and I think you'll get very good results. 
Liposuction allows your plastic surgeon to transform your entire shape. You can improve your abdomen, back and flanks, and of course your buttock, to give you a nice heart shape.
In general, you need to be physically healthy and at a stable weight, have realistic expectations, be a non-smoker and your BMI needs to be 33 or less.
l recommend you to make an appointment with a board certified plastic surgeon to talk about your goals and anything you need to know.
