Hello, thank you for your question. A BMI of 35 (yours is 43.3) is probably the upper limit that a plastic surgeon would consider for this procedure. In my practice I look for a BMI approximating 30 to lessen the risks of complications during and after surgery and to enhance the results of the procedures. It is best to be within 10 pounds of your weight goal for three months prior to the BBL. With no medical problems, losing weight  through diet and exercise would make you a good candidate for Liposuction/BBL and Tummy Tuck.

You must be a healthy person, within an appropriate BMI of below 35, for safety reasons, to be a good candidate for the procedures you want at the same time, your labs and cardiovascular preoperative evaluation must be optimal.

generally speaking, you want to reach your goal weight before you consider a BBL, otherwise your results will be suboptimal if you continue to lose weight after the surgery.
If you are considering a surgery, I would suggest you to consult a board-certified plastic surgeon. Only after a thorough examination you will get more information and recommendations.
