It's slightly less so when my lips are neutral. What would be a good way to address this ?

You should start out with 1cc of juvederm filler or restylane filler and go from there. You do not want to overdo too much filler in the lips. It also depends on the look you are going for too. You can always add more filler to the lips if needed. Just remember if you are going to do your lips and you do not want to bruise you should not take any aspirins or anything that will thin the blood since brusing can occur. One syringe is typically $550

Thank you for your question. Lip fillers and surgery can create a more even lip line. I suggest that you move forward and consult with a board certified facial plastic surgeon to start with fillers to create the symmetry.

Hello,Thank you for your question and photos. Based on what can be seen it appears that you would benefit from a small amount of filler to make your smile more symmetrical. Upon further inspection in person with a local physician you may find that you need a small amount of Botox/Dysport to help the motion be more symmetrical as well. However, that can only be determined in person once motion is observed. Please consult with an experienced physician before moving forward, good luck!

zlclr. Excellent photographs. Overall,  you have a very pretty smile and correction of the mild asymmetry can be accomplished with fillers like Juvéderm Ultra plus. However correction must be conservative, because overcorrection can create greater asymmetry. Be certain to consult with a board-certified plastic surgeon. Best of luck.

Lip augmentations with fillers is a great option to improve the fullness, suppleness and symmetry of the lips. Results can be very natural-looking and will feel very natural. I prefer to use a micro cannula to inject the lips to prevent bruising. Look for a cosmetic dermatologist or plastic surgeon who is an expert in fillers.

Thank you for your question. From your photos, you appear to be a great candidate for lip augmentation with hyaluronic acid fillers, such as Restylane or Juvederm. HA fillers are a great non-permanent way to help improve symmetry of the lips and typically the results last 6-12 months. You have a nice shape to your lips. A filler such as Juvederm Ultra could definitely help with the asymmetry of you upper lip. Find an injector who has experience in correcting  asymmetrical lips. It is very injector dependent to make them look natural.

Thanks for posting pics. You have a wonderful smile and great lips.  The mild asymmetry of upper lip can be corrected with a dermal filler.  Only caution is that you go to a experienced injector who has great reviews and has been personally injecting full-time for several years.

Hi zlclr, Before you feel too bad, asymmetry is more a norm than an exception - plus you have a beautiful smile! You only have a very slight downturn of the lip corners and it would require a small amount of Botox and filler, injected with the correct technique (to produce a lift) and correct the asymmetry.
