I have soft, squishy spots that have what others call crapey on the right side. Could this be fat lumps that are displaced from the lipo in the middle? There remains the wrinkles, the middle is hollow and the soft lumps are very apparent to me. Fat and not glands? Can he can go in through the same teeny incision and suck the three lumps, two on the right side, and one on the left side, right out. What to do about the crapey skin?
