What size should I choose? 415 or 450cc?

Suzanness
I am 37, 152lbs, after 2 children with my youngest 22 months. I am scheduled on Jan 3 for breast augmentation. I am downtown the choice of 415 and 450cc. I am afraid of looking to big and as result heavy since I am 5.3 height and carry my weight on my Hips, bum and now tummy after children. I do hope to loose 15-30 lbs but it's a struggle right now with my kids being so small. Which size would be best suited for me? Should I go smaller? And when recovering will my son be able to still cuddle with me?
